Sooner or later, most people must experience it: visiting a specialised MRI centre. The MRI Center is an independent, specialised radiological centre for MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray examinations. In the clinics, high-quality diagnostics are combined with a patient-friendly approach. Professionalism, reliability, and speed are their highest priority.

That is why the MRI Center in Amsterdam came to us with the following project: making the experience of an MRI scan as accessible as possible for anyone. This includes patients with reading difficulties or visitors who are not proficient in Dutch.

To properly prepare patients for their visits, we developed seven different animations in two languages and with subtitles. We made these extremely user-friendly and understandable.

We feel honoured to have had the opportunity to work on such a beautiful project. We translated the input from the MRI Center into a storyboard, along with a proposed script and sketches. The next phase involved creating illustrations for each scene. After that, we animated the approved illustrations, and finally, we combined spoken text with music and sound design.
