What is Pledge 1%
Pledge 1% is a global initiative empowering and encouraging all organisations, regardless of size or stage, to donate 1% to any charity of their choosing. This is a simple, flexible, and scalable model which integrates giving back and doing good into the DNA of organisations.
So that 1% you noticed on your bill? That is our way of giving back, and your way of supporting us to do so. Together with Pledge 1% we can push the movement of economic, ecologic, and social change.

Let’s play equal
Misteli co-founded Let’s play equal B.V. together with three other Amsterdam-based B Corps (BR-ND People, Blyde, and greenjobs.nl). Let’s play equal B.V is an impact company that created the board game Let’s play equal – the most unfair game in the world.
The game aims to counter and inspire reflections on inequity, discrimination, and polarisation. Throughout the game, players encounter the inequalities and injustices of life, and become aware of the beauty and importance of diversity. Players face the privileges (or lack thereof) of both their personas and themselves, and recognize how this helps or hinders their experience of the world.
Let’s play equal can be used for organisations to kickstart their understanding of and policies around JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion). Projects such as these are supported through the 1% Pledge.
