Municipalities in the metropolitan area, for example, are doing everything they can to optimize quality of life in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area (AMA). Attracting national and international real estate investors in this region can contribute significantly to this effort. About time to reach out to those investors.

Misteli was commissioned by the AMA to develop a campaign to raise awareness among real estate investors all over the world and visit the website investinamsterdam.com. This site – also developed by us – gives real estate investors a complete overview of all the investment opportunities available in the region (26 municipalities).

For this campaign we used a variety of disciplines. In the run-up to a major international real estate fair we reached a large target group through a banner campaign, real-time bidding and worked closely with several media partners. Not only did this result in many new newsletters subscribers and new LinkedIn followers, but also an increase of over 1000% in website visits.
